About Me

Harum Delima started her career in a local start-up in 2005, working closely with the Malaysian Industrial Development Authority (MIDA) on trade & investment promotion, arranging business matching by connecting foreign companies introduced by embassies to local companies. She then ventured into advertising, serving local and multinational clients in various industries, such as entertainment (TV & radio), banking, tobacco and retail.

Harum later moved into real estate and initially worked 3 years focusing on expatriates relocating to Malaysia. Subsequently, she was recruited to an investment house, which specialized in corporate real estate. The next 7 years, she found success by utilizing her strong base of professionalism and customer service, along with a deep understanding of the processes and requirements of small to large companies. She was eventually promoted to the Head of Business Space – Mergers & Acquisitions division where she oversaw the team’s daily operations and business development.

With more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Harum is excited and ready to help propel the Industrial Space team achieving greater success with industrial properties.

Apart from the rich working experience, she is passionate about healthy living and having an active lifestyle. Harum has completed 7 Ironman triathlon races (consisting of swim, bike, and run) in Malaysia, Australia, Italy, Estonia, and Norway.
